Hiit
'Hiit' or 'High-intensity interval training' involves a short period of explosive movement followed by a low intensity rest.
Stretch
Join our Stretch class to unwind from the day to day stresses, and improve your body's movement & flexibility.
X-Strength
X-Strength is a combination of both 'Hiit' & weights resistance training. The focus on this class is to improve muscle strength/endurance.
Boxing
Need to release some stress? Group boxing class is a great way to de-stress, and improve cardio fitness.
Booty
Join our 'Booty' class to tone up your glutes & thighs. Class programing is designed to focus below the waist line.
Core
'Core' class is designed to improve core strength & stability, and allow the lower-back, pelvis, hips & abdomen to work in harmony.

I have been training with Jason for several years. And while I am 10kgs lighter, the bigger impact has been on my strength, mobility and general fitness. For many years I have had issues with my knees which severely impacted on two things I enjoyed; snow skiing and bushwalking. I could only ski for 2 or 3 days before I had to have a day off skiing for my knees to settle. Similarly, with bushwalking, after one day of walking my knees were quite swollen and painful. I tried a number of different gyms, exercises and trainers to build my knee strength to no avail. After a session or two, my knees would swell and I had to back off, making it impossible to build strength. However, since training with JAC Personal Training, I have been able to build the strength in my knees. I can now ski for a week without needing a break, and walk for days, coping with difficult terrain with no knee issues. I have done several walking holidays (including the Trans Bhutan Trail) and planning several more this year, and I am not at all concerned about my knees. I know this would not have been possible without the support and advice of Jason and the other trainers at JAC.
